Client: As student, I was hired to design the user interface for the mobile app for a start up named Fluicity. It is an online platform that allows governments to establish communication channels with the population. It enables citizens to propose ideas to solve the problems they consider relevant, receive feedback from the municipality, and follow up on the actions taken.
Problem: The mobile app was unusable, without user flow and experience. Users were lost and it was difficult to find the information they need or answer to proposals by elected official. The key solutions for the problem is to design a useful and attractive interface for users to share, consult and vote ideas and participate in decision-making.
